Summer Squad Sessions

This summer, Coaches Mike, Richard, and Henry will lead an eight-week training camp focusing on technique, speed, and overall performance in swimming.

Each week highlights a different stroke, with personalised attention and video analysis. 

• Week 1: Freestyle
• Week 2: Backstroke
• Week 3: Butterfly
• Week 4: Breaststroke
• Week 5: Individual Medley
• Week 6: Freestyle and Backstroke
  Drills with corresponding aerobic and sprint sets.
• Week 7: Butterfly
  Drills and Technique with corresponding aerobic and sprint sets.
• Week 8: Breaststroke
  Drills with corresponding  IM aerobic and sprint sets.

The sessions are divided into three groups based on proficiency:

• Pre-Competitive Group – Dolphins Pre/Junior
  (2:30 pm – 4:00 pm, Monday – Friday)
  Ideal for 7-9 year-olds, this group focuses on building fundamental skills to become a competitive swimmer
• Competitive Swimmers – Dolphins Blue/Bronze
  (3:50 pm – 5:30 pm, Monday – Friday)
  Designed for competitive swimmers aged 9-11 who can swim 3000 meters per session, this group aims to refine technique and improve endurance.
• Competitive Swimmers – Dolphins Silver/Gold
  (4:50 pm – 7:00 pm, Monday – Friday)
  Tailored for experienced competitive swimmers aged 12 and above, the Dolphins Silver/Gold group targets advanced techniques and endurance, with participants able to swim 4,500 meters per session.

achievement. 

Fees are 4,250 THB per week.
