A significant part of our swim schools success has been the training and development of our swimming coaches across all our locations and supporting them to continuously upgrade their skills in line with latest thinking.

We hold a number of Swim Teacher Training Programmes throughout the year for our staff and we welcome anyone working in the industry or just passionate about water safety to join us as we strive to ensure all our teachers are teaching the latest techniques as outlined by the Swim Coaches & Teachers Australia.

All courses are delivered by Gordon Ellard, an Accredited Swim Coaches & Teachers Australia (SCTA) and Swim Australia (SA) Course Presenter & Assessor. Gordon is experienced in delivering multiple disciplines in all levels of Swimming Teaching and runs courses under the SCTA in both Australia and Thailand.
