With over 200 age-group swimmers, from first-timers to nationally ranked athletes, Bangkok Dolphins is the oldest and most trusted full service swimming programme in Bangkok.
Swimmers can swim primarily with Bangkok Dolphins or supplement their International school’s training program. Our dedicated coaching staff are 100% certified swimming coaches by the Australian Swimming Coaches & Teachers Association (ASCTA), the American Swimming Coaches Association (ASCA) or both.
Squads are the perfect entry to the sport of competitive swimming. Our program is run by an American Swimming Club Head Coach that has produced Bangkok Dolphins first 4 National Qualifiers with more to come!

All our programs are term based but we welcome swimmers to begin at any stage of the term with pro rata rates to apply.

PRE SQUAD
Bangkok Dolphins Pre-Squad is our first introduction into squad training for our swimmers. The vast majority of our Pre-Squad swimmers will have come from and completed our Bangkok Dolphins Learn-To-Swim Program.
Monday 3.30pm, Tuesday 5.00pm, Wednesday 5.30pm, Thursday 5.00pm, Friday 5.00pm and 5.30pm Saturday 9.00am and 3.30pm.

BLACK SQUAD
Bangkok Dolphins Black Squad is aimed at our kids who do not look to compete but still wish to continue swimming. Hour-long Black Squad sessions are heavily focused on technique work and drills with an element of distance to improve the swimmers’ fitness. Swimmers who attend black squad tend to be of age 10+ and have typically progressed from our Pre-Squad program.
Monday 5.30pm, Thursday 5.00pm, Saturday 11.30pm and 2.00pm.

JUNIOR SQUAD
Bangkok Dolphins Junior Squad mainly focuses on technique and building on the skill sets learnt and developed from Pre-Squad whilst introducing slightly longer distances.
Monday 4.30pm, Tuesday 4.00pm Friday 4.00pm, Saturday 9.00am, 10.30am and Sunday 9.00am.

BLUE SQUAD
Bangkok Dolphins Blue Squad is where our swimmers are first introduced to slightly more intensive sets, however technique and skill set development always remain our main focus as all our swimmers still require much more development on their strokes. Blue Squad swimmers are expected to compete in swim meets and show enthusiasm for the sport.
Tuesday 4.00pm, Thursday 4.00pm, Friday 4.00pm and Sunday 9.00am.

BRONZE
Bangkok Dolphins Bronze Squad swimmers take competitions more seriously and look to race on a regular basis. We offer our swimmers regular competitions through school swim meets and Thailand Amateur Swimming Association (TASA) club meets.

SILVER
Bangkok Dolphins Silver Squad swimmers have either achieved Thai National Qualifying Times or are very close to them. They take competitive swimming very seriously and compete on a regular basis

GOLD
Bangkok Dolphins Gold Squad swimmers are usually teens that compete at the highest level of International, TASA and their school teams. Gold Squad focuses on each swimmer’s understanding of Energy Systems, Technique and Race Strategy.
