Swimming Lessons Term 1, 2024/25 (17 weeks)

Make Up Lessons
- Students are entitled to three make-up lessons per term.
- Where possible, 24 hours’ notice prior to the lesson being missed is requested by phone, email or LINE.
- Make-up lessons must be completed within the same term as the original lesson.
- Make-up lessons cannot be carried into the next term and must be taken in the
term that the lesson was missed.
- Make-up lessons will be offered at any one of our locations if a suitable lesson is available.
- Make-up lessons are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
- Extended holidays during terms are only eligible for the three make-up lessons.
- The extra lessons missed will be forfeited and cannot be made up, credited, or refunded.
- If a make-up lesson is booked and you do not show up or inform us we will count that make up as completed.
- No refund or credit is available if a suitable make-up lesson cannot be found.
- Make-up lessons are not available until the term fees have been paid in full.
- For an extended illness or injury, please contact Elizabeth at elizabeth@bangkokdolphins.com when the illness or injury occurs. Unusual circumstances are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

- Refrain from using inappropriate language or engaging in disrespectful behaviour on the premises.

Timekeeping:
- Help us keep the class flowing smoothly by ensuring your child is punctual for their classes.
- Please do not enter the pool before your class and once it has finished please leave the pool so as not to disrupt the following class

Open Lines of Communication:
- Communication is key! Please feel free to share your thoughts, concerns, or any feedback you might have.
- We're here to listen and collaborate with you for the best possible experience.

Safety :
- Adhere to our safety guidelines, ensuring a secure and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Regular Attendance:
Encourage regular attendance and active participation in swim lessons.
- If your child can't make it to a lesson, please let us know in advance where you can.

Celebrating Progress:
- Be your child's greatest supporter, celebrating each splash, kick, and progress milestone.
- Your encouragement makes a significant impact on their journey.

Respecting Our Swim Space:
- Embrace the wonderful diversity within our swim school community.
- Keep our surroundings tidy by disposing of litter properly.
- Follow our hygiene and cleanliness guidelines to ensure a pleasant environment for all.

Resolving Concerns:
- Approach concerns with a gentle spirit and a desire for resolution.
- If assistance is needed, our swim school channels are open for constructive conversations.
