At Bangkok Dolphins, we are proud to share that all of our teachers have completed the International Swim Teachers certificate from Swim Coaches & Teachers Australia, a qualification recognized worldwide. We strive to be an educator with a passion for all things swimming, understanding the importance of individual learning paths, motivation, reward and recognition, water management, and techniques designed to bring out the best in every learner.

A key to our success has been the ongoing training and development of our swimming coaches across all locations, continuously upgrading their skills in line with the latest methods. We hold several Swim Teacher Training Programmes each year for our staff, and we invite industry professionals and water safety enthusiasts to join us. Our goal is to ensure that all of our teachers are equipped with the most up-to-date techniques, as outlined by Swim Coaches & Teachers Australia.

All courses are delivered by Gordon Ellard, an Accredited Swim Coaches & Teachers Australia (SCTA) and Swim Australia (SA) Course Presenter & Assessor. Gordon is experienced in delivering multiple disciplines in all levels of swimming teaching and runs courses under the SCTA in both Australia and Thailand. We offer courses periodically throughout the year, and Gordon is available at any time to conduct group or private courses, tailored to suit specific needs.
