By understanding our Parent Code of Conduct, you contribute to the creation of a positive and supportive atmosphere for all participants and staff members at Bangkok Dolphins. Thank you

Kindness Matters:

  • Approach our dedicated instructors, staff, and fellow parents with kindness and consideration.
  • Let’s foster a positive and supportive environment where everyone feels valued.
  • Refrain from using inappropriate language or engaging in disrespectful behaviour on the premises.

Timekeeping:

  • Help us keep the class flowing smoothly by ensuring your child is punctual for their classes.
  • Please do not enter the pool before your class and once it has finished please leave the pool so as not to disrupt the following class

Open Lines of Communication:

  • Communication is key! Please feel free to share your thoughts, concerns, or any feedback you might have.
  • We’re here to listen and collaborate with you for the best possible experience.

Safety :

  • Adhere to our safety guidelines, ensuring a secure and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Regular Attendance:

  • Encourage regular attendance and active participation in swim lessons.
  • If your child can’t make it to a lesson, please let us know in advance where you can.

Celebrating Progress:

  • Be your child’s greatest supporter, celebrating each splash, kick, and progress milestone.
  • Your encouragement makes a significant impact on their journey.

Respecting Our Swim Space:

  • Embrace the wonderful diversity within our swim school community.
  • Keep our surroundings tidy by disposing of litter properly.
  • Follow our hygiene and cleanliness guidelines to ensure a pleasant environment for all.

Resolving Concerns:

  • Approach concerns with a gentle spirit and a desire for resolution.
  • If assistance is needed, our swim school channels are open for constructive conversations.

We use your data for purposes such as promotional use featuring photos and videos on our website, social media, and marketing materials; educational use for staff training or demonstrating swimming techniques; operational use managing enrolments and communicating with parents.
