Make Up Lessons

  • Make-up lessons must be completed within the same term as the original lesson.
  • Make-up lessons cannot be carried into the next term and must be taken in the term that the lesson was missed.
  • Make-up lessons will be offered at any one of our locations if a suitable lesson is available.
  • Make-up lessons are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
  • Extended holidays during terms are only eligible for the three make-up lessons.
  • The extra lessons missed will be forfeited and cannot be made up, credited, or refunded.
  • If a make-up lesson is booked and you do not show up or inform us we will count that make up as completed.
  • No refund or credit is available if a suitable make-up lesson cannot be found.
  • Make-up lessons are not available until the term fees have been paid in full.
  • For an extended illness or injury, please contact Elizabeth at elizabeth@bangkokdolphins.com when the illness or injury occurs. Unusual circumstances are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Kindness Matters:

  • Approach our dedicated instructors, staff, and fellow parents with kindness and consideration.
  • Let’s foster a positive and supportive environment where everyone feels valued.
  • Refrain from using inappropriate language or engaging in disrespectful behaviour on the premises.

Timekeeping:

  • Help us keep the class flowing smoothly by ensuring your child is punctual for their classes.
  • Please do not enter the pool before your class and once it has finished please leave the pool so as not to disrupt the following class

Open Lines of Communication:

  • Communication is key! Please feel free to share your thoughts, concerns, or any feedback you might have.
  • We’re here to listen and collaborate with you for the best possible experience.

Safety :

  • Adhere to our safety guidelines, ensuring a secure and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Regular Attendance:

  • Encourage regular attendance and active participation in swim lessons.
  • If your child can’t make it to a lesson, please let us know in advance where you can.

Celebrating Progress:

  • Be your child’s greatest supporter, celebrating each splash, kick, and progress milestone.
  • Your encouragement makes a significant impact on their journey.

Respecting Our Swim Space:

  • Embrace the wonderful diversity within our swim school community.
  • Keep our surroundings tidy by disposing of litter properly.
  • Follow our hygiene and cleanliness guidelines to ensure a pleasant environment for all.

Resolving Concerns:

  • Approach concerns with a gentle spirit and a desire for resolution.
  • If assistance is needed, our swim school channels are open for constructive conversations.

Bangkok Dolphins Swim School provides swimming lessons and aquatic activities. As part of our operations, we may collect and process personal data to enhance our services and communication.

Media such as photographs and videos taken during lessons, events, or activities. Communication data such as feedback or information provided via forms or emails. Sensitive data such as health information is only processed with explicit consent.

We use your data for purposes such as promotional use featuring photos and videos on our website, social media, and marketing materials; educational use for staff training or demonstrating swimming techniques; operational use managing enrolments and communicating with parents. We do not use your data for purposes beyond these without explicit permission.

We will only use your child’s images or personal data for promotional or educational purposes with your explicit consent. You can opt out during enrolment or withdraw consent later by contacting us.

Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. Data that is no longer needed is securely deleted.
