About
Jade Prasertrungreung is the Director of Competitive Swimming at Bangkok Dolphins, where he develops young athletes into confident and skilled swimmers. With extensive experience at both national and international levels, Jade has coached for the Thailand National Team, the Laos Swim Federation, and the Australian Institute of Sport.
Jade’s coaching philosophy is centred on goal-setting, technical precision, and building resilience. He believes that success in swimming is not just about speed but also about mastering technique and developing the right mindset. By focusing on refining stroke mechanics, starts, and turns, he helps swimmers reach their potential while minimising injury risk.
He fosters a structured yet supportive training environment where swimmers are encouraged to challenge themselves, stay motivated, and enjoy the learning process. Jade values discipline and perseverance and strives to create an atmosphere that balances hard work with a passion for the sport. His approach helps swimmers not only improve in the water but also develop confidence and determination that extend beyond swimming.
